We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after your delivery.
All returned items are processed individually and any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take 5-7 working days for your return to be processed and up to 3 working days for the funds to appear within your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Once received all items are inspected by our Returns Manager and must be returned with the barcode tags intact and in the original packaging. We can not offer refunds or exchanges on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition. We also will not offer a refund or exchange for any items returned to us without swing-tags and the original packaging. If you want to return goods claiming they are defective, you must contact us before sending the products back. We will examine the garments and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund as soon as possible.

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person.
