Orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.
All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in one to two working days.
If you place your order and it is processed before 1pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
Please note that although we can send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied.
If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
All our postal services offered are reflected at the current postage rates and any promotions we may offer from time to time. These can change at any point without prior notification.
We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items.
All returned items are processed individually and any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take 2-5 working days for your return to be processed and up to 3 working days for the funds to appear within your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Once received all items are inspected by our Returns Manager and must be returned with the barcode tags intact. We can not offer Refunds or exchanges on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition or with tags that have been removed from the item. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the garments and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time and refund the cost of shipping. We will process your refund as soon as possible.
We can offer a refund or exchange on any item purchased from Bellfield Clothing returned to us within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in a new, unworn & resellable condition.
You will find a returns form within your delivered package. Please state your name, delivery address and order confirmation number (this would have been advised in your order confirmation email). If however you have gone through our customer support for your return/exchange and it has been approved you may send your items to;

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person.
Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility (unless the garment is defective). We advise that you use an insured means of postage and keep any receipts/proof safe as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost on the way to us.
