Friends of the Earth stands with anyone who cares about the world we live in, whether you’re a first time supporter or a seasoned campaigner. They push for change on causes that matter to you:
We feel it’s our duty as a small independent brand to make a difference whilst we can to help change the way in which we produce our products. This is why we’ve teamed up with Friends of the Earth. We've created a collection of t-shirts to highlight several environmental issues that require change. And now.
The t-shirt designs were heavily inspired by previous campaigns that have been driven by Friends of the Earth, along with other global warming issues, such as:

For us, environmentalism is an issue that we've grown to become more aware of. Our ranges are set to grow ever-more sustainable. Whilst this collaboration represents our first steps, we hope to partner with Friends of the Earth for years to come and help to raise as much money as possible for such a fantastic charity. Are you in?
The fashion industry is the world's second largest polluter...behind only the oil industry. We want to make fashion that minimises this. We're not saying we're perfect, but this is our starting point. We've promised to use 100% organic cottons on all sweats & jerseys and include garments made from recycled materials, all by Summer 2020. There's a long road ahead, but we're willing to walk it. Care to join us?
We know that we're a tiny cog in a huge machine and we can't change the world; but we can spark the conversation. We're simply raising awareness. Did you know that it takes 20,000 litres of water to manufacture 1 t-shirt & 1 pair of jeans? Now that we've got your attention, our question to you is "What steps will you take to protect the environment?
We have used 100% recycled materials to create our mailing bags, and these are recyclable themselves. Please do not dispose of them, our landfills are already overflowing. Recycle them or re-use them...we even wrote it on the mailing bag!
We realise that there will be cynicism around this campaign. I mean come on...we're British after all! But when we say that we care, we really mean it. We'll be releasing video content of with the journey of our bee-friendly plants, so make sure to follow our official Instagram page to keep up-to-date!
We'll be working with Friends of the Earth to ensure that our seeds are pesticide free, and grown in optimum conditions to maintain as much bee-life as possible.
You can take care of your Bellfield garments just like any other item of clothing inside your wardrobe. Wash it inside-out on a low temperature (no more than 30 degrees) to allow the product to breath better. Let your item dry naturally and iron inside-out so that the print doesn’t get affected by the heat of the iron.
Crikey...what a non-eco friendly question!
