Summer is only around the corner, and you’ve no doubt already started stocking up on your summer wardrobe. Now the real question is, do you have a summer holiday booked? After all, you need somewhere exciting to show off your new t-shirts, swim shorts and smart chinos.

So, whether you’re planning a romantic holiday with the other half, or a boys’ holiday to kick back and relax, here are some great travel ideas for your summer.

Croatia

Croatia may be gaining in popularity, but on the whole it’s still a largely undiscovered part of Europe. It is home to an island-speckled coastline and many different destinations to discover. Many choose to island-hop around Croatia, taking in the different cultural influences as they go.

From the cities of Dubrovnik and Zagreb to the summer resorts of Hvar and Split, Croatia has something to suit every type of traveller. Explore unique architecture, fortresses, cathedrals and beaches in one go.

Style tip: Go from the beach, to exploring, to the bar in our printed shirt and matching shorts, with a paradise-inspired, quirky, floral print. Perfect for staying cool as you wander the historic areas, and stylish enough for the Croatian nightlife.

Malta

Another unique destination, Malta offers something different to the usual European cities and resorts. It is only a small island, just off the coast of Italy’s toe, but it packs a lot in. The capital of Malta, Valletta, is a walled city that was only established in the 1500s and was named the European Capital of Culture in 2018.

Malta is best known for its preserved historic towns, which date back to the times of the Knights of Malta. Choose from sandy beaches or rocky coves and enjoy local cuisine with a mix of Italian, French, British and Arabic influences.

Style tip: Throw on your new pair of swim shorts with a simple t-shirt and sandals for an effortless daytime look, whether you’re following one of the many walking trails or exploring Malta’s fortresses.

Montenegro

Montenegro is charming and hospitable, with breath-taking landscapes and spectacular scenery. Montenegro’s coastline is less than 300km, with ancient walled towns and rugged mountains.

It is in a rather secluded area of Europe, sandwiched between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania, but this makes its history all the more interesting. Spend your time wandering through medieval towns, canyons and a beautiful vista over the Adriatic Sea.

Style tip: Pack the perfect lightweight t-shirt with just the right amount of style, great for exploring and socialising. Whether you’re zip-lining over the canyon or relaxing in a local bar, do it style.

Southern Italy

Many tourists flock to Rome, Milan or Venice when they think of Italy, but the south has so much to offer. South of Naples you will find the ‘toe’ and the ‘boot’ of Italy, which is home to cities like Bari, Matera and Lecce, as well as the region of Calabria.

For an authentic look at Italian culture, the southern regions deliver. With historical structures, beautiful old towns and extensive harbours, it’s an unforgettable area of Italy that differs from its industrial north. It might not be your first choice for a trip to Italy, but it’s certainly one you’ll remember.

Style tip: Ooze Italian style in a short sleeve shirt, adorned with simple stripes and Cuban collar for a laidback but presentable look.

Majorca

Arguably the best of the Balearic Islands, Majorca is the perfect destination for those who want an easy trip with glamorous bars and relaxing beach resorts. Head to Palma, home to a huge Gothic Cathedral, vibrant neighbourhoods and medieval streets.

Shop, eat, drink and relax; Palma gives you the chance to be as active or as relaxed as you like.

Style tip: Take some long smart chinos and enjoy the evenings of gastronomic experiences offered by the Majorcan capital.
